- Fitdance dance lesson is designed for beginners and intermediates.
- One lesson consists of warming up, stretching of the entire body and basic dance steps, which are arranged into a dance choreography using femininity.
- Dance is primarily on actual popular music
- You will improve fitness and coordination of movements during lesson. All body muscles will be used.
What to bring:
- Gym shoes
- T-shirt / sports top
- shorts
- Leggings / tracksuit (to warm up)
- towel
Ion drink is included in the course price. Wide range of products from our e-shop is also available at the reception. Do not use lotions and creams before training. Also remove watches, bracelets, rings and long earrings.
