- Focus on: repetition, connecting of elements and doing right exercises from lower levels.
- New elements are more focused on power than in lower level courses and also more focused on flexibility. We will learn elements such as: table top, different pads, devil shuffle, Chopstick variations, jumps on the pole etc ...
- With this advancement is taken into account the individuality of participants which means we will adapt lesson according to the physical possibilities of participants.

Ion drink is included in the course price. Wide range of products from our e-shop is also available at the reception. Do not use lotions and creams before training. Also remove watches, bracelets, rings and long earrings.
