We organize sports weekends every year, full of activities and fun! :-)
The program traditionally offers several options. You can choose what you want:
- morning jogging with warm-up workout
- breakfast
- noon training divided into groups of 10 to 15 persons
- lunch
- afternoon training divided into groups of 10 to 15 persons
- dinner
- games/entertainment
In the meeting places is often also lot of possibilities for trips and other outdoor activities, so we will agree and tune the program together to the satisfaction of all of us. :-)
Each camp focuses on various exercises according to the possibilities and accommodation. You can try:
- pole dance
- Workout - six pack, bikini/shorts workout (cardio =) flexibility workout
- cross fit
- couple acrobatics/gymnastics
- athletics
- fitness
For whom is our program designed:
- for all who want to actively relax
- not need to have previous experience with trainings above
- we have always prepared options for sports beginners/ recreational athletes/experienced athletes
