- warm up
- repetition of tricks from previous lessons
- training of new tricks, piruets, floorwork
- stretching
- This course is not suitable for men.

Ion drink is included in the course price. Wide range of products from our e-shop is also available at the reception. Do not use lotions and creams before training. Also remove watches, bracelets, rings and long earrings.
