Guinness records in the pole fitness

Pole fitness has been recorded into the Guinness Book of Records. Have you ever tried battalion? The biggest talent in the pole fitness Dominica Lacasseho (Canada) have managed to stay 39 seconds.

You might say that 5 sec you can manage as well (unless you dont have a pole, you can replace it with wall bars). If someone manages it, send a photo! :-) This year record is 54 sec. Bunch of people have responded on this competition - they were trying to break the record even on the street and one guy had apparently overcame him.

Neither women are not left behind! The phenomenal world leader Alesia Vazmitsel has been recorded to Guinness Book  with her trick "The Sword" (1:25 min).

That would be another style: Pole Dance + Street Dance? Nope! This term  has been invetned by crazy Pole Dance fans, who decided to run this activity on the streets. And where they have had a pole? Just looked around and improvised :-) Dancing crew leading by Zoraya Judd performed their training in the middle of Manhattan.
