- Intensive exercising that combines aerobic with anaerobic training methods.
- In case of good weather there is an option to go for jogging and training to the close park Havlíčkovy sady - according to the group decision.
What to bring:
- Gym shoes
- T-shirt / sports top
- Leggings / tracksuit (to warm up)
Wide range of products from our e-shop is also available at the reception. Do not use lotions and creams before training. Also remove watches, bracelets, rings and long earrings.
