- The goal of course is flexibility improvement and more difficult tricks management (all possible splits, flexy back etc.). Thanks to specially structured fitness plan you stretch and relaese muscles and joints of whole body. Lector is ex-representant in sport gym, experienced yogga lector with a diploma and profesional plastic acrobat - Gita Balíčková - that performed her show all round the world!

Wide range of products from our e-shop is also available at the reception. Do not use lotions and creams before training. Also remove watches, bracelets, rings and long earrings.
