- Intended for L1+ course leavers, who know basic spins, climbing, pole sitting and lying position, basic invert.
- L2 Focus: e.g. inverted crucifix, reverse spin, wrist seat, crossed knee release, silové spiny corkscrew a tuck spin.
- Lesson content: - warm up, repetition of tricks from previous lessons, training of new tricks and their combination, circle training/workout, stretching.

Ion drink is included in the course price. Wide range of products from our e-shop is also available at the reception. Do not use lotions and creams before training. Also remove watches, bracelets, rings and long earrings.
