- Intended for L2+ course leavers.
- The level of tricks is much more difficult in this level a therefor we highly recommend to train at least 2x per week - e.g. in combination with courses such as POWER POLE, WORKOUT, SPINN nebo POLE DANCE 3.
- L3 Focus: e.g. invert V, gemini, scorpio, side climb, butterfly, spin up variations.
- Lesson content:
- warm up
- repeating of tricks from previous lessons
- training of new tricks and their combination
- circle training/workout
- stretching
What to bring:
- Gym shoes
- T-shirt / sports top
- shorts
- Leggings / tracksuit (to warm up)
- towel
Ion drink is included in the course price.
Do not use lotions and creams before training. Also remove watches, bracelets, rings and long earrings.
