- Difficult training does demand also good flexibility (we recommend courses Stretching & Flexibility) and power (combine with POWER POLE, WORKOUT, SPINNOVKA courses).
- L4 Focus: e.g. superman, handstands, catterpilar, box split, brass monkey, combo and double spins such se: reverse grab - back hook, corkscrew - lay back.

- warm up
- repetition of tricks from previous lessons
- training of new tricks and their combination
- circle training/workout
- stretching
What to bring:
- Gym shoes
- T-shirt / sports top

- Leggings / tracksuit (to warm up)

Ion drink is included in the course price.
Do not use lotions and creams before training. Also remove watches, bracelets, rings and long earrings.
